Job responsibilities工作职责 Development of new assembly techniques in the control panel area 研发控制面板区域新的装配技术 Make sure that all the information about control panels (Electric diagrams, BOM’s, devices specifications) is always ready and updated for the use of the rest of the departments (Purchases, Production, Sales.) 确认控制面板所有的信息（电表、BOM、装置说明书）及时准备和校正并为其他部门服务（采购、生产、销售） Being able to develop a prototype control panel, engine WH, Battery WH, Earth WH and Power WH for new costumer’s inquires according to Engineering department specifications 能够按新客户的要求，与工程部共同研发新的控制屏，发动机线、电瓶线、地线和电源线 Solves product problem in the workshop. 解决工厂的生产问题 Is responsible for training the new workers in the control panel area 负责部门内部培训 Is responsible for maintaining the last version of software for our controllers 负责维修控制器软件的最终版本 Knowledge about standards and regulations of Low Voltage 具有标准和低电压法规的常识 OBLIGATION TO MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY对工作的保密性负责 Job Qualification任职资格 At least bachelor’s degree or technician in low voltage electricity 本科及以上学历，有低压电工证优先； At least 3 years’ experience in electrical Experience in foreign invested company appreciated. 三年以上电气相关经验，有外企工作经验优先 Familiar with sheet metal and FAT, Genset Controller: DeepSea, Woodward, Deif and Electrical AutoCAD 熟悉阪金和FAT,Genset Controller,DeepSea, Woodward, Deif 等发电机控制器品牌 Proactive, affinity, patient, careful, reliable, teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure, adaptability to changing environment. 具有亲和力、耐性、团队合作精神、能够在压力下工作，适应工作环境 Good English in speaking, writing, listening and reading. 很好的英文听说读写能力 Proficient in using common office software, CAD Overtime is needed if necessary 加班，如果需要
