Main tasks ? Order key-in or adjust in SAP after receiving. (Some customers release order via their own online system, CL needs to visit the website and download orders and convert into BCC's system. ) ? Order review with PL to confirm if customers' request can be met and reply. ? Negotiate with customer if confirmed delivery date cannot be met due to unpredictable reason and make sure is in written form. ? Create special orders, e.g. ZGW/ZLW to adjust volume. Contact KAM to create orders to adjust prices-->e.g. price difference due to yearly cost down. ? DN creation in SAP. ? Check with KAM to see if DNs which are financially blocked can be released and contact Finance dept. to unblock those DNs. ? Check if subcontractor finish and send out material on time. ? Make sure warehouse book the right stock qty./category. ? Special marks on DN if there's any special requirement on qty./pallet etc. ? If there's no enough output due to capacity bottleneck or whatever reason to fulfill all customers' demand, check with customers to see which can accept delay, which can accept partial delivery, what is minimum qty. for customer to avoid line down and allocate available output to maximally fulfill customer. ? Confirm with PL for the output time. Check system and check with responsible person to see if the batch runs smoothly according to plan. ? Apply for urgent test with Quality Dept. and contact lab to make sure immediate release. Coordinate with QC if material is blocked. ? Apply for special transportation when necessary. ? Check with customers for what can be invoiced based on the time schedule which already confirmed by both KAM and customer. ? Release data in system & inform Finance to create correct invoices. ? Send
